The Effortless Kitchen classes are for anyone looking to connect, have a wonderful meal and pick up some new kitchen skills.

What

Classes are $30 per device or save with a Class Pack of 4 or 8 classes. Looking for unique gift ideas? Grab an EGift!

Virtual cooking classes are held on select Saturdays from 1-2 pm (eastern time). Or consider scheduling a private party or corporate event.

Spanish Tapas

September 9th

To set the mood for the Spring trip to Spain, we are making tortilla espanola and gazpacho, two iconic foods from Spain. The tortilla is a potato and egg frittata and the gazpacho a cold, refreshing soup.

Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

September 16th

This Thai inspired dish combines a rainbow of fresh vegetables in a flavorful sauce. It's served in a lettuce wrap with rice and a delicious and creamy peanut sauce.

Lemony Turkey Meatballs

September 23rd

This dish has really bright lemon and dill flavors. The meatballs bake in the oven and are served on top of orzo and spinach and are topped with a creamy dill yogurt sauce.

Rice Paper Dumplings

This dish has vegetables and ground turkey wrapped up in crispy rice paper for the perfect handheld meal. Leave out the ground meat for a fully vegetarian meal.

These chicken meatballs get baked in the oven before they are coated in a light creamy sauce. Served over pasta with tomatoes and spinach, it’s a complete meal in a bowl.

Udon Noodle Stir Fry

This dish is a delicious medley of fresh vegetables, ground turkey, and an Asian style sauce served on top of plump udon noodles. Leave out the ground meat for a fully vegetarian meal.

Creamy Tomato Soup

This creamy tomato soup contains a little cream and tons of flavor and comes together quickly with the help of canned tomatoes. Grilled cheese croutons add a crunchy, salty bite.
