Virtual cooking classes are held on select Saturdays from 1-2 pm (eastern time). Or consider scheduling a private party or corporate event.

Bolognese Bianco

Let’s cook something fun and Italian to celebrate Chef Debbie’s birthday. Full of flavor, this pasta dish is a bolognese cooked with a bit of cream instead of tomatoes.

Chicken Tortilla Soup

This dish has tons of flavor from the spices and fire roasted tomatoes and heat from the jalapeño. It’s topped with crunchy tortilla strips and creamy avocado.

Ricotta Toast with Vodka Sauce Meatballs

A toasty slice of sourdough bread is slathered with creamy ricotta cheese and then topped with meatballs that have been tossed in a quick vodka sauce.

Chicken Meatballs with Broccoli Couscous

A delicious homemade ranch dressing is used to top the chicken meatballs. The broccoli and Israeli couscous medley is the base to this dish.

Peanut Noodles with Ground Turkey

This dish of ground turkey and kale gets tossed with rice noodles and coated with a delicious homemade peanut sauce to make for a complete meal.

Sesame Crusted Tofu or Chicken

The tofu or chicken is coated with a blend of white and black sesame seeds to form a crust. It’s served over rice and sautéed veggies and topped with sriracha mayo.

This salad dish is a medley of sweet, salty and crunchy with cubed fresh watermelon, feta cheese, cucumbers and pistachio topped with a watermelon dressing.
