Buddha Bowl w/ Peanut Dressing
September 10th
A buddha bowl is a cold vegetarian dish of grains, veggies, beans or nut protein and a dressing. This version has farro, snap peas, edamame, carrots, red cabbage and peanuts. The peanut dressing pulls it all together and adds some creaminess.

Southwest Bowl
September 24th
The flavorful marinade in this meal almost forms a crust on the shrimp or chicken as it's cooked. The bowl is full of colors and flavors that work well together like the sweetness from the mango, the creaminess of the avocado and the acid from the dressing.

Pasta w/ Asparagus & Egg
October 1st
The pasta in this dish is tossed in a sauce made with butter, garlic, and parmesan cheese and features asparagus two ways- blanched and raw. To finish it off we top it with a poached egg for that luxurious egg yolk to mix into the pasta.

Gochujang Sesame Noodles
October 15th
This dish is spicy yet balanced with the addition of the tahini in the sauce. We are using ground turkey, but you can swap out for another ground meat or even tofu. The Broccoli rabe adds a fresh crunch and tasty note of bitterness to the dish.

Thai Basil & Chicken Bowl
October 22nd
Inspired by the Thai dish Gai Pad Krapow (which means basil stir-fry), this version makes for a quick dinner with ground meat and a delicious spicy sauce. The addition of the cashews adds a nice crunch.
