Classes are $30 per device or save with a Class Pack of 4 or 8 classes. Looking for unique gift ideas? Grab an EGift!

Virtual cooking classes are held Saturdays from 1-2 pm (eastern time). Or consider scheduling a private party or corporate event.

Bi Bim Bap

March 5th

This ultimate Korean dish is made with ground beef and tons of vegetables. It’s a create your own adventure meal. Topped with gochujang for a spicy kick.

Roasted Cauliflower Taco

March 12th

The cauliflower gets caramelized in the oven and gets topped with a bright and flavorful avocado sauce. Sliced radish add crunch to this taco.

April 2nd

This Szechuan noodle dish is a bowl full of delicious plump noodles and  a sauce made with ground turkey, veggies and a tingly warmth from the Szechuan peppercorns.

Chicken Piccata

April 30th

Thin chicken cutlets get coated in a lemony sauce filled with capers and parsley. Served over rice or pasta and roasted asparagus on the side for a complete meal.

Taquitos

May 7th

Filled with ground beef, beans and cheese and baked in the oven, these taquitos get topped with guacamole and sour cream. Bonus margaritas will be made too.

Ramen Stir Fry

May 13th at 7pm EST

This stir fry makes a quick and hearty meal. Instead of broth, ramen noodles get topped with a mixture of ground chicken and veggies that are cooked in a delicious sauce.

May 21st

Made with ground turkey, these meatballs get some greek seasoning and are served in a pita and topped with tzatziki, feta and a cucumber and tomato salad.

Chilaquiles

June 4

This Mexican dish is all about the red sauce made from dried and fresh chiles. Tortilla chips get soaked in the sauce and topped with a fried egg, avocado and cheese.

Kale and Spring Pea Pasta

June 11th

The sauce for this pasta dish is made with kale, lemon and garlic and the whole dish gets topped with spring peas and creamy ricotta cheese.

Chicken Fajitas

June 18th

Similar to the traditional, this dish is filled with sautéed peppers and onions. The avocado sauce and yogurt crema are my spin to add a fresh pop of acid.
