Terms and Conditions

1) Clients are responsible for procuring their own ingredients for classes and events.

2) Payment for classes is non-refundable.

3) Payment for events (private and corporate) is non-refundable however, we will work with you to move to another date that is mutually agreeable within a 45 day period beyond our original event date

4) Payment in full for both custom parties and corporate events is required to hold a date.

5) E-Gifts are valid on current classes and will no longer be redeemable for virtual cooking classes if The Effortless Kitchen ceases to offer live virtual cooking classes. They can be used on recorded classes.

Terms and Conditions

1) Cancellation Policy: After booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

2) Refund Policy can be found on the retreat agreement emailed to you.

3) All purchases are 100% transferable if you are able to fill your spot with another guest, and you will not be subject to the loss of your deposit. The new guest needs to be approved by The Effortless Kitchen prior to issuing a refund.
